Here you can find detailed information on delivery times, charges and methods of payment
1. Delivery time
The delivery time depends on availability of the ordered product and the place of destination. In general a product will be handed over to the shipper within 1-3 days and delivered 3-5 days after receipt of order. In case of any stock shortage you will be contacted by phone or e-mail by a member of the Online Shop Team to inform you about the estimated delivery date.
2. Shipment
All products will be shipped with DHL in Germany and UPS for the rest of Europe exclusively.
Shipments are realized into the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
3. Delivery charges
Charges for delivery are depending on the destination:
8.50 € : Germany
13.90 € : Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, The Czech Republic
21.00 € : Austria, Finland, France, England (UK), Scotland (UK), Wales (UK), Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland
23,70 € : Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Italy
26.40 € : North Ireland (UK), Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland
29.00 € : Norway
4. Methods of payment
The iriver Online Store accepts all major credit cards. Unfortunately no other payment method is available.
